  1. In what currency can I open a betting account?

    We only allow bets to be placed in EUR (Euro), so your account will be opened with this currency.
  2. How do I make a deposit to my account?

    There are three ways to make a deposit onto your Triobet account:

    1) Bank link transfer for Latvian Swedbank and SEB bank account holders.
    2) Credit or debit card issued by Latvian bank.
    3) Bank Transfer.

    Please note: You may only make deposits to your own Triobet account, and only with a bank card issued in your name or from a bank account held in your own name.

  3. How quickly will my deposit be credited to my betting account?

    1) Deposits made by credit or debit card will be transferred to your betting account immediately.
    2) Bank link transfers from Latvian Swedbank and SEB bank will be transferred to your betting account immediately.
    3) Regular bank transfers can take up to 3-5 banking days before they are credited to your betting account.

  4. What should I do if funds have been deducted from my bank account but they have not arrived to my betting account?

    If you have made a deposit and funds have not been received on your betting account, please contact our Customer Support team in LiveChat, email: support@triobet.com or phone. Please provide information about the transaction including your name, email address, and a screenshot of your deposit.
  5. Can I make a deposit to my friends Triobet account?

    No. You can only make deposits onto your own Triobet account, and only with a credit or debit card issued or from a bank account held in your own name.
  6. Are there any fees for making deposits to my Triobet betting account?

    Triobet does not charge you any fees for deposits. However, banks, credit cards and electronic payment providers may do so.
  7. How do I withdraw money from my Triobet account?

    It’s simple. To withdraw your money, just login to your Triobet account, click on your name in the toolbar at the top of the page, and click on "Withdraw". You should withdraw to the method you used to deposit unless this was since disabled. Just enter the amount that you would like to withdraw and click on ‘Withdraw’ to accept.
  8. Does Triobet have a withdrawal minimum amount?

    Withdrawal limits differ according to which payment method is used. Kindly see our Withdrawal Options page to check the minimum amount you can withdraw with your selected payment method.
  9. What are IBAN and SWIFT and where do I find them?

    IBAN is an international bank account number and SWIFT is the international code of your bank. Both make international banking transaction easier. The numbers may be listed on your bank statement, and in your e-bank under “Bank”, “Settings” and “Account No, name, IBAN”. If you are unable to find this information, please contact your bank and ask for assistance.
  10. How quickly will my withdrawal request be transferred to my bank account?

    Triobet will process your withdrawal request as soon as it is registered. All bank payouts are handled manually through an ordinary bank transfer and transfers can take up to 3 banking days to be received onto your bank account.

  11. Can I make a withdrawal from my Triobet account to someone else’s account?

    No. You can only request a withdrawal to your own bank account.
